antibiotics !?

Well i'm coughing like somebody who smokes forty a day , i need antibiotics for this damm infection but well after being in all the hospitals and pretty much half the map today yet to find any .. surely the game needs more spawns of these we have blood and morphine overloading our bags so why are these so rare !?

The only place I found them was in Berezino. I checked everywhere from Cherno hospital(s) to army tents to Elektro and eveything in between.

I have clocked up nearly 200 hours playing this game so far and I have yet to see one antibiotics, I even thought they have must have removed it. Not sure what the go is. We normally raid hospitals once a week to stock up on blood bags too.

Almost everytime i been at the hostpital in Cherno i found them.

I find them in the big tents next to the hostpital.

I have found 4 of them. Once when I needed it and the other times I didn't need them.

Will try there , but yeah one time we found them it was after we killed somebody and he was carrying them was about all day with 6k morale oops i mean health after some annoying mike tyson zombie burtst through a wall and infected me :(

But yeah been raiding the hospitals plus the red cross tents with no luck even tried the far airstrip and military camps far north with nae luck .

I've found a couple on a dead body, that's about it. I agree they're too rare. My friend got sick today so we raided a hospital to no avail. Then the infection suddenly went away.

This is th 4th one ive found, all of them at the hospital near the apartments in Cherno (although they dont spawn there all the time just sometimes).

Well after spending ages looking for 1 pack on antibiotics i found 2 in the same place :P
