Connecting to Servers error

Hi,

Whenever I join a server from my own country it says: "Bad version, server rejected connection" while I was able to play on that server fine just about an hour ago. Than, when I join another server it says I'm missing the CFGGlasses file or something.

I can click "Continue" afterwards, but than it get's stuck at "Loading" for like half an hour.

Is there any way I can fix this or is there a way to bypass the problem?
