NEED HELP! Can't turn around after scoping in.

I recently came across a downed player with a ghillie suit and .50 cal sniper rifle. Needless to say I was estatic. But after I tried looking down the scope of the weapon, I was no longer able to turn my player around. When I move the mouse it only moves his head around.

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

You can also try pushing * on the numpad.
