Problem with DayZ Server Launch

Alright so here is what happens, I launch the Six program to get access to all the servers. Then I click on whichever server I would like to use and I click play, afterwards that little "Check box" thing appears, it has no problem until it gets to the last two boxes. It will not check them and then the program goes into "Will not respond" mode. Help?
