Teleporting Sniper

I can't provide evidence because this guy is INVISIBLE. It appears there is a Sniper using some sort of Sniper rifle to 1 hit kill players all around the map. My only assumption is he is teleporting. He killed me and my friend who was 300m away from me in the space of 5 seconds, about 3KM away from the northern airfield. I then died to him again at Pusta after respawning in Elektrozavodsk and running. Every 5-15 seconds another name would come up on the side saying (playername) was killed. Now either he is teleporting and invisible (as when I died it said "sniper, 1M" and there was nobody anywhere around me as all 3 times he has now killed me and I have given up playing there, I saw nobody anywhere on my screen. He also seems to of modified his gun as he is shooting up to 25 shots in succession and not reloading once. The server is US 474. Run around for 5 minutes and if he is still there, he would of killed you by then. I lost 2 MP5SD's the first time and got over it. But then when I have nothing but the starting stuff - he is there killing me again...9KM or more from my original corpse!
