Take Comfort and Thanks for the Loot my Unknown Friend

This is a little late as it happened 3 or 4 nights ago, but I was thinking about it so I thought I'd give some thanks.

A few nights ago, I was scavenging at the NW Airbase. When I arrived at the southeast barracks, I approached cautiously, as everyone knows it's a hotspot for server hoppers. When everything looked clear, I moved to the entrance and right before my eyes, a dead body spawned on the ground just outside the door. No doubt this guy had Alt+F4'd out of another server when he got shot.

So, I wanted to thank the guy who shot this douche, and for the shooter to take some measure of comfort in the fact that he had successfully killed this douche. And despite not getting to loot this douche, the shooter, I hope, will take a little comfort in the fact that I DID loot him. And when I took my picks of his sweet, server hopping bounty, I hid his body so that his mad rush back to the airbase to try to salvage his gear was fruitless. So thank you, unknown player, who shot this server hopping, Alt+F4'ing douche, and know that he lost it all.

Haha, I caught a server hopper last night and murdered him.

Going to the same barracks you mentioned with my buddies in the night. As we're crawling up to the side my friend says he hears eating so I decide to just keep going and rush in.

I get to the first room bathroom and there is a guy peaking around the corner from the little shower stall or whatever...

I unloaded as I figured he was just being slow or something.

I kill him and my friend who is in the hall gets shot...so now I know there is another guy.

I wait silently in the bathroom thinking one of us will move and be heard.... I hear nothing... I assume the kid alt f4'd out of the game after killing my friend thinking he was surrounded or something....but as I'm waiting all of a sudden a man spawns beside me in the bathroom and immediately tosses a flare because of the dark. I murdered him too and thought good, caught the server hopping bastard.

Checked the rest of the barracks and yup, empty and no way he hopped over that bench without me seeing. Totally alt f4'd out.
