Admin Abuse to play only with friends

Today me and my 2 buddies joined a server (US 4944) and were kicked several minutes later with no warning. We joined 2 minutes later only to be kicked again without reason. The server did not restart and no one else was kicked. The admin was online at the moment but we could not get contact. The server also had a rule that it was PvE so player killing was not allowed. Please do something?

Edit: The admin's name was RedNek13

This is exactly what happened to me when I was on that server, and the same admin too I believe. I'm sure when I read up on purchasing a server that there were rules that came along with it, one being no kicking people in order to play with your friends. I did no harm when I was on, merely running across an open plain, before being booted.
