Camping Tent and Vehicles are missing

Hello everyone, me and my friends all play on US84, and last night some hackers joined the server and caused some mayhem. Around this time, me and my friends were kicked from the server (due to the whole ARMA 2 OA patch downloading on steam.) Anyway, we tried to get back on awhile later but the server was down for some hours. Just afew minutes ago I finally logged on at our "base of operations" and our tents (which I placed) are missing, aswell as our cars and bicycles. Is this normal to happen, or did the hackers have something to do with it? I tried to do a search but couldn't really come up with anything solid. Thanks.

Sometime a server restart might wipe the whole base out from all tents & cars and etc. And when the server restarts again everything will be back on their places. That had happened to me once

Or it might be server wide clean-up ;/
