After patch cannot play single player games?

After the last update I can play Dayz but if I try to play single player campaign the game just hangs on the loading screen? In some multiplayer games it just shows a blank briefing screen, when I start Im just hovering in the air!!! I have reinstalled but get the same problems....frustrated!

Start the game

Click on "Expansion" -> "Disable DayZ" = Problem Solved.

As I understand, with the DayZ Mod running, ArmA 2 single player doesn't work. Open the game from steam or go find the .exe and start it that way.

Its that simple? pulls out gun shoots self in head! uhhh
