Its a local server ban, or part of Tonic's list, not a BE global. (Although if you made Tonic's list you're F'd for DayZ, enjoy ARMA2 though)

Global gives you the 4 digit code and you're screwed everywhere.

The cutesy notes can be added to the local bans
