At what lenght do i have to be from another player to be able to see someones notes?

Cause i logged in in the middle of nowhere and i saw markings of "Camp" and "Potential Camp"

I think anywhere in the server. I'm assuming that person doesn't realize everyone can see it, or they're laying a trap for you.

We´re all in the same team in DayZ right now (BluFor i believe)

consequently you can see all placed mapmarkers from every position
