I think this game needs more soul crushing realism. Perhaps players should be randomly stricken with diabetes when they spawn. There can even be an insulin gauge that if they don't replenish send them into a coma. You can patch in the actual insulin a few weeks later for fun.

Or, even better, for true realism, when you go on a killing spree you get a huge "C-C-C-COMBOOOOOO!" on the screen and go into Rage Mode. Here, you get shouted awards like "Mu-mu-mu-mu-multi kill."

I get that voice in my head when I go on random killing sprees in my hometown, so let's implement it asap.
