Found a Dinghy - hacked?!

Hey guys :)

excuse me, my english is bad. I'm from germany :)

I have a little story for you. 2 days ago I ran to the northern end

of the map (near Krasnostav) and went east through Olsha to Guba (a gulf at the north-east corner of the map)

At http://dayzmap.info/ you only see a part of that gulf. I wanted to walk to my friends at Kamyshovo so i started walking.

In the middle of the gulf i saw a Dinghy, I swam to it and entered it. It had a half-full tank so i could drive to Kamyshovo.

Now I saw at the dayzwiki that Dinghys are not implemented in DayZ and you can't find them so it MUST be hacked.

But that wasn't the first Dinghy I saw at Chernarus.

So they all were hackers or not?
