Died with map open. Can't use menu(respawn)

What happened:

I died while I was reading a map and now the death timer just stand still.

Have tried to restart the game and reconnecting to server several times.

Blood stays at +9000 while im dead, can't press esc or anything.

My friends have tried to ress me and kill me, but it doesn't work.

What you were doing:

Reading map then getting hit by a zombie.

1.5.1

quad core 3.2

12gb ram

nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti 4gb

no error message
