Rain should effect zombie detection

I think that rain should have an impact on the detection radius of zombies.

I like that night time adds a risk/reward element to the game and frankly makes it much more intense. With the new temperature update i feel that whenever it rains its better to just hide out indoors than venture out. If rain had atleast a slight impact on the zombies detection i think it would make the new update have a larger impact.
