After joining a server my weapon is gone

Date/Time: Any time i leave a server with a gun (last one was a M16A2 M203) and join a other one

What happened: Whenever i log out and join a server my weapon disappears and i have only my ammo left

Where you were: anywhere

What you were doing: joining a server

*Current installed version: the latest

*Server(s) you were on: unnecessary

*Your system specs: not important
