Owneh 0 Posted April 29, 2012 I just bought Arma II CO on steam, arma II hasnt started finished yet but I have OA. When I try open the game, it says "cannot open file C:\Program files\steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2\addons\characters2.pboIs this becuase Arma 2 hasnt finished downloading? but OA is standalone right...
