Newbie Movement Help

I just got the game the other day and after patching and logging in, I became a noob once more. I was so confused, I could only walk forward or backwards, so I go into keybinds and find turn left and turn right and remap them to my A and D key and put strafe on my Q and E key. My question is, is there a way to play the game where I can look and move around like in a FPS or a MMO just by using my mouse. Keyboard turning with A and D feels so clunky.

Well, you can use alt to free look. That way I can pan back and forth without having to turn my body all the time.
