Dying randomly and entire server spawning together in random location

Hi guys, been playing for 1 month, loving it. Last night both of these things happened in the one session (6 hours).

Date/Time: 24th July

What happened: Random death (my mate died in crouching position with blood EVERYWHERE) from moving, no gunshot sound and i was in front of him in a mostly concealed building. I was there for a while guarding his body no way was it another player's shot.

Where you were: in a barn side section near Stray Sobar

What you were doing: Crouch walking (both times)

*Server(s) you were on: US346

*Your system specs: My mate died, we both have top of the range PC's on full graphics.

*Timeline of events before/after error: Nothing, we were running prior and got in without Zees chasing us.

^to back up that random death it happened to me running an hour later same server running in thick forrest, instant death, i don't believe either of us was shot as there was no sound at all and it was instant and in incredibly unlikely situations as mine was legit near nothing.

'also, on that server and one other (forget server) we would be running to another town towards the north and next thing we know we're in cherno or anotehr town's center with the entire server there (20-50 players) thankfully on both occasions no one started shooting...

i read the first page of bugs before posting this, probably a repeat but eh, here to report.
