Bicycle broken?

Riding a bicycle I ejected to shoot someone, now when I get on im lying on the floor on the bike sideways and the game makes me get off and stand up. Everything on the bike is green...hull tyres etc.

Any ideas why i dont get the "upright" animation? is it broken for good? :(

try it a few times, after like 5 times it usually fixes itself, otherwise you'll have to wait for a server reboot.
