Server Times?

Tonight/this morning me and my buddy were server hopping, and we found a nice Russian server to play on and it should've been dawn turning to midday because sunrise is a little after 530am for Moscow, but instead it was evening and after a few hours of playing turning into night?

Found a bug where it wouldn't let me go past this 1 forest into Berezino to raid the hospital so i had to hop to another server.. Tried Luxembourg as it should've been daytime again, but when i loaded it was pitch black? Same thing for a German and UK server when they should've all been daytime. Then, i hopped into a US server where it should've been pitch black but it was mid day and now that the sun is rising here in the US and its turning pitch black in the game...

Is that normal? Or is there something wrong with the servers? Didn't have this problem when i played last night as everything was correct. Also, the Russian server we were on was the same one we played on last night and at the same times too, and last night it was daytime like it was supposed to be...

Before anyone asks if im sure about what time it should be in other countries, im 100% sure as i've had to know for this other game i used to play, even googled the countries current time to triple check. Idk if this is a setting that you cannot go by actual real time or if this is an actual problem...
