HobnobCookies 17 Posted July 25, 2012 Doing this on Arma II (non-OA) shouldn't have an effect..It does. as soon as It downloaded I had connection issues, did Operation OA and still nothing. Only after is verified Arma II was I able to connect again. Poster hit the nail on the head, good work!

unconsciousobjector 69 Posted July 25, 2012 Start Arma II through Steam.......close it.....Start Arma II OA through Steam........close it.................Start DayZ through Six Launcher.............Problem solved!! (in that order)
Hetstaine 10852 Posted July 25, 2012 My six launcher needs an epi pen. Dissconect issues, ping kicks, timeouts, serving desyncing and dropping off like flies. Steam is a joke for Dayz atm and Commander is dropping in and out. No dayz tonight.
Doc_Wreckshop 18 Posted July 25, 2012 I'm glad it worked guys. Most users were playing the game while it tried to update, and in end result the game could update certain files because you were playing. So by letting the game finish updating and then verifying BOTH game cache's it can replace the correct files.Again glad it helped guys
