What makes the noise similar to a sick person groaning? I've never heard that noise before, and I thought it might be the zombie trailing me despite me having heard all of their noises before. But I heard the noise again afterwards. I had voice comm off also.

Yea Ive heard this too & wondered what it was. Sounded like someone nearby dying but after a quick look around the couple times I heard this I couldnt find anyone?

I havent hard that one. But I have been hearing what is very distinctly the neighing of a horse when I walk around the woods. Very creepy.
