Water pumps not giving water?

I thought they were supposed to now? I was at a water pump in Bor and couldn't get any water :huh:

Should be fixed since the 1.5.8 update

Stand next to the pump, go to your gear (Default: G) and right click the water bottle in your inventory. A menu should pop up with one option: fill water

No, it was 1.5.8 that I was playing! The option wasn't there.
