Hacker on US 245- Hacker (<<FluKe>>)

Teleported onto us at NW airfield, teleported my friend to be next to us, he had a silenced M4 and when I shot him several times with my M16 he did not die, my friend put an entire DMR clip into him at point blank and he did not die. Please do something about him! this was on US 245 chicago, at around 11:30 US Central time.
