Blood Money has appeared in a stream before as an, invisible man, either killing him, or helping him sometimes. (PsiSyndicate was the streamer, someone was helping him, and his invisible friend came along, and the guy helping him called his invisible buddy "Blood Money")I don't see any reason why he would kick players for items, when he can just spawn it in.
