Where is the best place....

So I was wondering where is the best place to find a decent sniper? I have been searching for some time but I haven't managed to come across any. I've checked the Wiki spawn places and I haven't found one in any of the spawns so if someone could shed some insight to this I would be very greatful. Also ghillie suits (although I've read there not spawning I am also reading that they're) So if they are spawning, where?

CZ550 pops up in barns/farm spawns.

Otherwise, it's all military:

Deer stands

ballots

NE airstrip

NW air field

Tents in Berezino

A couple spots near one of the hospitals in cherno(?)

And he'll crashes, of course.

I find raiding camps is the best place to find sniper rifles. Also, There's no alternate clothing until the next update fix which will be later today, Hopefully.

Okay thank you for the information I shall carry on looking there. I hope the update does happen later then as I would love a ghillie :)
