Green crosshair disappeared

When I'm in 3rd person, there should be green chrosshair which is usually in the middle of the screen (basically something which helps you aim easier). For me though, it's not there. Have I pressed something to make it disappear and is there a way to get it back?

I had a glitch like this before. I couldn't get to gunpoint view with double right mouse button either. Then I noticed I also didn't see any amount of bullets in the right top of the screen. The solution was dropping my gun and pick it up again. Crosshair appeared again, and 2xRMB was back to normal.
