Solo play not viable?

After playing for the last 3 hours my health slowly withered away untill I died, 200 blood refill on canned food, 800 refilled on cooked meat plus you need a shit fuck ton of tools (which after 3 hours could never end up finding matches). Then 12k HP from blood bags which are 5 per box and pretty easy to come across compared to the other stuff IMO. Seems a bit IMBA especially since there's no interaction on this game unless you're on with friends. Everyone else just KoS!!! Retarted!!!!!!!!!!!

Were you bleeding? Your blood doesnt normally go down like that unless you are sick, or bleeding. If you were sick the loss would stop at 6k.

I always play with myself. In fact i only played with another person once, and it was kinda boring. I prefer to play with myself every chance i get, that way i dont have to do things other people want, i can just do what i want. I know what i want, and i know what i need, playing with myself takes care of all of that. Sometimes i will watch videos of other people playing while i play, but i still consider that playing with myself.

I prefer to play with myself every chance i get, that way i dont have to do things other people want, i can just do what i want. I know what i want, and i know what i need, playing with myself takes care of all of that. Sometimes i will watch videos of other people playing while i play, but i still consider that playing with myself.

I play mostly solo but have a great group to play with as well. It depends on your style. I can hang in both scenarios. In all honesty, I tend to die more in a large groups because you are more cavalier about the situation. Lone Wolf play is slow and deliberate. I spend most of my time looking out windows. Window shopping, if you will. =)

Solo play is perfectly valid and doable, it just comes with a set of downsides. But playing with others comes with it's own downsides to.

I played solo for a long time before I could convince my friends to buy the game and I did well for myself. I could raid towns, loot military buildings, and sneak around to keep myself provisioned with relative ease. Played on my own schedule without having to worry about where anyone else logged out. And while I do not consider myself a bandit I won mulitple pvp engagements even against more than one attacker. In fact my longest lived character (18 days, playing at least 4 hours most days) only died because I was showing my friend around the game when he finally bought it, I ended up going somewhere I wouldnt have otherwise and we both got sniped.

On the other hand my two best IRL friends now play with me, and my overall enjoyment level of the game has gone up dramatically. We are able to coordinate, and plan our actions based around everyone's current loadout/specialties and cover each other very well. But if I want to play when they are not on it gets to be a pain. I have to find them again and group back up, if someone dies we spend a good portion of a night finding them and re-gearing. Server desyncs really become a pain in the ass in a group setting, where as you can more or less ignore them if you play solo.

After reading your complaints in the "Respawn button" thread, I've concluded that you're like a bad idea machine.

Everything you propose flies in the face of what this mod's developer has stated are his goals.

While we're at it, there should 5 times as many vehicles available and there needs to be a working mass transportation system to instantly teleport us between cities in the game because the map is too big and we shouldn't have to waste our precious gaming time playing the parts of the game that don't involve shooting other players.
