Lost clothes due update will return?

I had a camo suit until last update (1.7.1.x) and it was lost after this update, because it don't exist in item db, right?

My question is, my char continue to have this item, it didn't appear because it not exist? Or it was removed from my char, and I don't have any chance to get it back after update, beside I search it some where?

It was removed from your char. You will need to find another one.
