Can my server be denied?

I've currently looking into buying a server to play on with my "clan", well, my group of friends and everyone else. I've read through all of the current guidelines on servers and will gladly accept them, however I'm just curious on one thing. On hostilaltitude I'm almost positive I cannot get a refund, so I wouldn't want to spend $40 on a server that gets denied access.

The current specs of this hosting are:

E3-1270v2

16GB RAM

500GB SATA 6GB/s

1Gbps Connection

30TB Bandwidth

If anyone has anyone tips or guidelines please tell me so! :)

Altitude gets my server whitelisted for me so I guess I'm sold!
