Connecting failure when attempting to join server

i downloaded Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA off of sprocket

and cannot get the dayz files to extract here using 7-zip like in the video

it gets to 86% and stops wont proceed or say something is wrong

so i can get the game to launch now and when i try to go to multiplayer and select a server

it now says Connecting Failure my arma 2 OA is version 1.5.9 and the multiplayer says it requires 1.60 where do i obtain the update..
