Experience with ARMA 2 free demo + arrowhead on steam

so i heard its recommended to buy combined forces but i only bought arrowhead and downlaod the free arma 2 demo on steam to play this mod.

Are there any bugs known that don't occur with combined forces ?

again, ArmA 2 Free is there only for the map and the units, if you make a Combined Ops Lite with ArmA Free and Operation Arrowhead. you just launch Operation Arrowhead with an extra command line, that treats Arma Free as a mod.
