Crashed heli 1.5.8.2 no loot?

Just found a crashed heli with a friend, camping it for a while, server just started so shouldn't been looted before we got to is.

No loot at all yet, is it still bugged?

Also, can I sit in it without dying?

Which type of chopper is it? UH-1B [sic?], or UH-1Z Viper. Does it look like it belongs in Afghanistan or Vietnam?

I've been looking to find one of these, as I need to snag some M240 ammo.

I have got great luck in finding crashed helicopter... but as we all know, there was no loot. So it makes me a sad panda that this doesn't work still. It probably have something to do with the more agressive cleaning system on the servers.

Yeah searched one earlier, no way to get a gear screen, looked all over the ground, nothing. Sad panda.

Really? I thought it was confirmed that the loot spawns around the crash site but it despawns too fast.

I found one just now but it doesn't have any loot nor gear button. Map-gear thing doesn't work either.
