Server timezone?!?

Why is it that nearly EVERY Server has wrong information in it's name?

I just now tried 7 different Servers that should have night, but every single one was day.

The 8th one finally had the correct time, that was also stated it the name...

This is just annoying, because connecting and loading takes ~3 minutes+++.

Any way to find out what time the server really has before actually playing on it?

It's all messed up because people usually have time to play during the night/evening so the servers usually get set to opposite time to suit them. As for finding out the real time i have no idea.

I know that, but why do servers have ssomething in the name like [GMT/UTC +1] if they really run at -12 or something...

There should be a naming rule!

I also had servers stating "server time is utc+XX" in the welcome massage, but it was also wrong -.-
