Retarded fps drops when sniping, how fix?

See title, it's not just when sniping but also when I watch trew my bino's. Basically everything is fine and dandy untill a building of any sort comes into sight. The moment this happens my fps drops to 10 or so. When there is no building in sight I have no fps lags whatsoever. For example I can look at a deerstand with a bunch of zeds around them or a heli crash site and not have any fps lags, but looking at a barn will cause my fps to drop to 10.

Is there any way to fix this?

Try messing with certain graphics settings then trying again, it might have something to do with glare or reflections
