Am i able to run the game? like i keep lagging if i look forward i move very slow but if i look up or down i can move at normal speed no lag. Also when the letters appear when you spawn they go really slow but if i look up they go fast and if i look down its the same they go fast

is this my PC or Server Sided?

its the game because the fps is so bad on my side and I got a good set up
