Can i log into my character from any computer?

I ask this because I am going to wipe my computer soon due to buying an SSD. I was wondering if i'll lose my character etc. Or can i access my character no matter what if i am on my steam account?

I believe its linked to your CD-Key so all you need to do is redownload the game and isntall it. I dont think you are able to log into steam on other computers and use it, although you may be able to if its your Steam name. Not sure about that however

The character is linked to the CD-key. The CD-key is linked to your steam account. Therefore the character is linked to your steam account. As long as you log in with the same steam account you should be okay.
