Can't play any DayZ Servers

Im not sure what the problem is, i've attempted to fix it myself.

Doesn't work, no servers show up, still not sure what to do, here's the picture(Sorry for the terrible quality) -

Also i attempted to connect remotely to a server, i still get kicked, and the error "BattlEye Client" Server requiring client version 1.165. Up-to-date" is sent, then i am kicked.

For some reason no servers are showing up on my list either, i don't know what that's all about, i think its because of the latest patch of ArmA II or something

will when i get on right this thing pops up saying no games found are the games properly installed then when i push ok it goes to the Optionswindow so what does that mean and wtf do i do
