Installing DayZ troubleshooting

So using STEAM.

downloaded Arma2/Arrowhead

Downloaded all the DayZ shit.. and put them in the dayz/addon folder in the arrowhead directory did "-mod=@dayz -nosplash" in the arrowhead properties and whenever i log on i get the error "You cannot play/edit this mission. It is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted".

Pretty sure i put everything in the right places..

and when you click "Launch Combined Ops" is it supposed to launch the actual game or not? because mine doesnt launch the game just a black command window comes up for a second then dissapears.

Then i have noidea whatdo. lol mine just opens a black command window then closes it and not a damn thing happens..INC reinstall i guess.

There is a lot of threads with the same issue but I do not recall if any of them have a solution, try our search function.

reinstalling and seeing if that will fix.
