My server is getting stuck at loading screen.

Hi almost have my server up and running. I have gotten to the lobby and in the server list it shows as playing. When trying to join the server it gets stuck at the loading screen with the bar while sounds play in the background. It never moves on from this point until the game is force closed. This has been confirmed by several of my friends who also get stuck at the same point. The server is updated to 95248 as well as my client. I'm not sure what the problem could be so any input would be great. Thank you.

I have updated to 95310 but it is still getting stuck at the loading screen. I am also seeing an odd error message in the console log. I will paste it below. Any help with this would be awesome.

Nvm figured it out myself. I was stupid and somehow forgot to unzip the hive files into my root directory. Server is now up and running.
