I need help!!

Hi, i got this game yesterday and the first time i played it, everything was fine, but i started playing it today and now parts of my character are going invisible (in the second link if you look closely at my characters head you can see parts of his head is invisible/missing), things are stretching across the screen, and parts of walls are going invisible. I have some pictures. Someone please help i really want to play this game again.

While playing the game, hold [Left Shift] and press [Keypad Minus]. Release the keys, then type

flush.

i tried that flush thing and it didnt work, i also tried changing everything to very low and it doesnt help:(
