Lagging on kinda good computer

So i started playing DayZ a couple of days ago and i have been laggy all the time... My computer should be able to run it and im even running on very low settings. I did the thing with notepad and the arma.cfg files but that didnt help very much

These are my specs:

Processor: Intel Core i3 2310M, Intel Core i5 2410M, Intel Core i7 2630QM

Graphics Adapter: Intel HD Graphics (Sandy Bridge), Intel HD Graphics 3000, NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M

Display: 15.6 inch

RAM: 8 GB

I have a pretty good internet connection and tried alot of different servers

Any ideas?
