Good Guy Survivor Chopper?

Recommended Posts

So I'm not sure if I was understanding this situation clearly as I was lagging quite a bit due to a few hiccups in our connection but here's my story:

Someone in Virginia 22 had a helicopter and was willingly transporting survivors in need of pickups along the beach. At least, from the way the pilot was talking, this is what I believed was the case.

Being the cold-blooded bean stealer I am I decided that not only did I need to find this chopper but I needed to kill and loot as many survivors as I could in the process. I hatched an elaborate plan to pose as a survivor in need of transport, etc, but when my game finally loaded after a few minutes, I walked about 30 seconds from my Cherno spawn to see the helicopter flying over the city. I was by the northwest apartments and to my excitement and terror the helicopter continued to move towards me. I hid for a few seconds as I watched it land on the largest apartment. The pilot was seemingly dropping survivors off at this building.

The chopper stopped moving and the pilot, along with a few survivors, jumped out. I aimed my MP5SD at the pilot and took a shot - hit right in the neck and saw some blood. He jumped back in the chopper and I quickly moved to the ladder to climb. The rest of the story is a laggy mess, unfortunately, as I hit a pretty bad spike. I climbed the ladder and hopped off. The first thing I saw was a group of survivors. I didn't have time to really think about it but I believe they were three - this lead me to believe that maybe this was a survivor haven or something. I don't think the survivors had heard my silenced shot because they seemed very surprised to see me. I mowed one down with a full auto burst while taking fire from two others. I hid behind some vent thing on the roof, popped out, took a few shots through the loss-of-blood blur and next thing I know I was dead.

Now I'm usually a pretty damn careful bandit but the excitement of seeing the heli land on a nearby roof and the pilot get out was too much for me to avoid, and although I'm pretty upset about losing all my great gear, it was worth it just to get that close.

>upset about loosing gear

>shoots survivor-pilot in the head

See, I'm a bandit because I like keeping my gear that I work hard to find. When I don't shoot people with good gear, they almost always make me remember why I should shoot them.

And come on... he had a helicopter. Go back to Survivor HQ.
