Starry fight on US853 yesterday

Just wondering if you guys check the forums, there were 3 of us on the big hill my friends were looting someones body when all the sudden rounds started ripping by us, you killed my two buddies and I ran down the hill and sat for a few minutes.

To make a long story short i swung a giant circle around back of the deer stand and we had about a 45minute snipe fight, when i got to the right side of the hill I manage to get a kill on one guy, then I continued to swing around to the front saw 3 of you running down the hill made a shot, missed and got zombie aggro.. Took off running through the field and you all chased me down with what seemed like some m4/m16/ fire.. it was really fun ^5.

BTW, my friends gear was m4 silenced, and the other had the as50, I had the m24 sniper and a m4cco cheers.

I'm only a few days into playing DayZ. I still haven't seen another living soul. Plenty of unliving souls and quite a few dead bodies. I've even heard plenty of close gun fire but still no other players.

Hearing these stories just builds the anticipation :thumbsup:

It's about the closest you can get to a real gun fight while actually not being in a real gun fight. Very intense. If i had to do it over again I was less then 300m I should have unloaded my m4 on them instead of trying to snipe ;p

I had a gun fight between Electro and Cherno on 853 yesturday.. Someone killed my buddy and I got into position with my L85, had inferred up. Ended up poping one guy in the head and a girl on the run. Had some nice weapons, a FAL and M14 SD
