Hacker or Admin abuse on US 1017

Hi me and my 2 friends were playing on the US 1017 server for a while we walked all the way down from the airfield back to Elektro to pick up our 4th member.

We were pretty good armed one of us had the Sniper rifle with that extremly weird sound (yeah i forgot the name :D ) like a starting rocket. And me and the other one the automatic Sniper. We camped a while in Elektro in the Fire Station right next to the 2 Hospitals and the church.

It wasn´t a full server so we saw like 1-2 people in 30 mins. At the end we killed like 7 people.

When all of the sudden someone spawned right next to us in the 3rd stage of the fire station. I shot him instantly after my friend confirmed that it wasnt him (he tried to reconnect after a huge lagg ). I dont think that the 3rd stage of the fire station is a legit spawnpoint because its like 10 mins away from the coast in the middle of elektro.

When we went down cause we saw our friend arrive in the Supermarket, 7 or 8 people spawned in Elektro coming from different ways towards us shooting us and after we killed like 4 of them, 1 finally got us with some sniperrifle.

Like 7 or 8 people in 5 minutes.

After 1 1/2 hours of camping we saw 7 people , and now 8?

Immediatly after all of us were killed the server got restarted.

My first suggestion was that the server may got an intern teamspeak server and everybody was pissed at us. But how did he spawn right next to us to check if we´re there?.

And how did he let everybody come to elektro so quickly.

But the immediate restart was probably because an admin didnt want the weapon my friend got (i think its one of the best sniperrifles ingame) on the server so he restarted the server right after and our bodys we´re gone.

I almost forgot the weirdest thing my friend with the sweat weapon was killed first and he reconnected and spawned with all his gear right in elektro at the same point the 8 people came from.
