Everyone keeps talking about if you kill people there is this hearbeat type thing, what is it and what does it do? and how do you actually get it? what is the achieving criteria?

Your heartbeat gets louder and louder the more people you kill.

Not that it matters anyway, since you will kill or be killed before anyone gets close enough to hear it.

Not that it matters anyway, since you will kill or be killed before anyone gets close enough to hear it.

It also gets faster.
