Dayz problem

i got this problem that every time i try to join a server it says this server requires battleye 1.165. updating...

then i get kicked off the server saying battleye failed to update. i have tried to reinstall battleye and downloading the update manually but it doesn't work :/ can someone plz help?

Try launching the game using the Six Launcher or the DayZ commander - both listed in the General Discussion forum.

If the battleye install doesnt work, there is the manual option.

I know you've said you've tried this too...but did you put the .dll into the right folder?

there are actually 2 battleye folders in ArmA2 :-

C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\BattlEye

C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\Expansion\BattlEye

from what i recall it should be put into the expansion folder one! Obviously the folder path/locations may be different on yours.
