My First Encounter With A Hacker?

So I was in berezino with a friend. He broke his leg and lost a bit of blood so I decided to take a trip to the hospital for supplies. Anyway, I get to the hospital, get the supplies and make my way back to my friend. I climb up onto the roof where he was, give him morphine and let him open my bag to get the blood out. While he is looting my bag, I suddenly appear in the middle of knowhere.

At first i was like "oh, I must have rubberbanded back a bit", so I take a look around and had no idea where I was. Within seconds I hear gunshots from 3 different guns coming at me. It was at this moment the idea that I may have been teleported by hackers popped into my head and I left the server quickly(my friend also did). I didnt alt-f4, but i did leave in the middle of being shot at.

Is it ok to disconnect while being fired at if it is a hacker? The reason I did it is just thinking of them looting me after hacking me there sickened me. lol.

Also was it hackers? The place I teleported to, at the time, I had no idea where it was. But when logging in to another server I realised I was at the other end of berezino, which I had not been to on the original server. So it must have been hackers right?

Anyway, just thought i'd share my first experience with a hacker(s) in DayZ. I was surprised it took me this long to encounter one with all the talks about them on the forums. lol.

Most likely hackers man. I say it's fine to D/c in that situation.
