durkhaz 1 Posted May 22, 2012 Download the archives, put them in "arma 2 operation arrowhead\@dayz\Addons" and extract. It's not rocket science.
killkhan 3 Posted May 22, 2012 It's not rocket science once you know how. One more thing, I can't find any links to the archives. Where are they? Thanks for the info.

ippikiki 13 Posted May 22, 2012 Click the "Download DayZ (Alpha Test)" button on the front page of the DayZ mod site. It should take you to a list of mirrors and an instructional video down below. From there, you should check the change log after each update to check what has been updated, then download said files and replace the old files with them.Good luck, hope this helps. Then just use 7zip or WinRAR to extrac the .pbo files from the files you downloaded and drag 'n' drop em' into the addons folder located within the @dayz folder. It'll ask if you want to copy and replace the files. Don't worry, just click "OK" or "Yes" (whichever one pops up, I forget). It's not very hard, and only takes about a minute or two when you get used to it.Edit: Inquiry; You can run DayZ with Arma2 Free and Operation Arrowhead? I seem to be stuck on waiting for server response and I had an error about weapons or something.
